Rev. Allison Ken Nobbee was born in Princes Town. He grew up at New Grant. In 1965 he enrolled as a student of the St Andrew's Theological College. He graduated in 1969, and proceeded to the United Theological College of the West indies - Mona, Jamaica in the same year. In 1973, he was among the first group of students to graduate with a B.A. in Theology from the University of the West Indies.

 

At the time of writing these history articles which are linked below, beside being the Minister of the Princes Town Region, he was an Interim Minister of the Rio Claro Region, Chairman of the Southern Presbytery, Chairman of the Primary Schools' Board of Education, Director of Christian Education, Chairman of the Princes Town and District Church's Educational Aid Committee, part-time lecturer at St. Andrew's Theological College and a Medical Social Worker at the San Fernando General Hospital.

Rev. Nobbee died on Wednesday 30th June 2004 after long time battles with his health. However, his legacy stands firm and remains very strong within the Presbyterian Church of Trinidad and Tobago. Today, the Princes Town Pastoral Region remains inspired by the labours of his hand.
