OUR MINISTER
Rev. Keron Khellawan was born on 7th July 1983 and grew up in Sangre Grande, worshiping at the Morton Memorial Presbyterian Church in Guaico.

Due to his religiously mixed parentage his schooling began at the Sangre Grande Hindu School, after which he passed for Hillview College where he wrote both CXC and 6th Form GCE.
Throughout his teenage life he was active in both his church youth group and various youth movements in the north and throughout the island being a part of the youth leadership of the Church and its many camps.

Currently he is married to Dr. Ramona Sankar-Khellawan and has two handsome sons, Luke and Caleb. Through academia he furthered study at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine acquiring his B.A. in History with Psychology. Following this he began study at St. Andrews Theological College where he received his Licentiate in Theology (L.Th.). During his study he was a Student Minister, in the Sangre Chiquito, Tabaquite, and Diamond Pastoral Regions.
After internship in the San Juan/ Santa Cruz/ Woodbrook Pastoral Region, he was ordained on the 9th of January 2011. He furthered study at The University of the West Indies reading for his M.Sc. in Mediation Studies (Distinction) and is currently pursuing further study at Cambridge University, Cambridge Theological Federation in the UK.

His ministry thus far has been within the Susamachar, the Marabella/ Bonne Aventure Pastoral Regions, and now the Princes Town Pastoral Region. He has served the church through many of its boards and is one of the ecumenical representatives to the world wide church organizations because of his passion for ecumenism and inter-faith dialogue, where his specialty lies within inter-religious conflict resolution. Further to this he is a tutor at the St. Andrews Theological College.
His passion lies within youth work with a primary focus on pastoral and behavioral counselling.
